When you join the early list, we collect:

Limited technical information may also be collected automatically by the services used to operate and protect the website and form, such as submission time, browser information, or IP address.

• Add you to the Kind Singles early list
• Send occasional updates about the development, testing, and launch of Kind Singles
• Understand which cities may have the strongest early interest
• Maintain the security and proper operation of the signup form
• Understand website traffic and successful early-list signups, if you choose to allow analytics

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

The early-list form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives and stores form submissions on our behalf so that we can manage the early list.

Information submitted through the form may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and whether early-list signups are completed successfully.

Google Analytics may collect information such as session statistics, pages viewed, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, and a randomly generated client identifier. It may use first-party cookies, including the _ga cookie, to distinguish visitors and sessions.

Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select Accept analytics. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics or set analytics cookies. We store your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage so that the website can remember your choice.

We do not send the email address or city entered in the early-list form to Google Analytics.

You may change your choice at any time by selecting Analytics preferences in the website footer.

Google may process analytics information outside Canada. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the early list, provide Kind Singles updates, maintain records of consent, or meet legal requirements.
